At BREATHEEZE PERFORMANCE, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in giving them a try. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and provide a fair and transparent return process to support both your satisfaction and safety.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Nasal Strips & Mouth Tape Only — First-Time Customers)

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to BREATHEEZE nasal strips and mouth tape and is available to first-time customers only.

To qualify:

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • At least 90% of the product must remain unused (e.g., no more than 3 strips/tape pieces used from a 30-pack)
  • Refunds exclude shipping fees
  • Valid only for first-time purchases made directly from our official website
  • Not applicable to repeat customers, bulk/multi-pack purchases, or subscription renewals
  • Does not apply to any other product category, including sleep masks, earplugs, pouches, or accessories
  • For bundles containing nasal strips or mouth tape, only the strip/tape items qualify under this guarantee

2. General Returns Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
  • Products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety, opened or used gym towels, sleep masks and earplugs cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from our official website
  • Items that are fully used, significantly damaged, or returned after the 30-day period may not be eligible.

3. Bundled Products

  • Bundles must be returned with all items included, unless only the nasal strip or mouth tape component qualifies under the 30-day guarantee
  • Each item must meet its individual return criteria
  • Partial returns will receive a partial refund based on the full retail value of the returned items
  • If free shipping was applied, a standard fee of $8.99 (Australia) or the actual international shipping cost will be deducted unless the product is faulty

4. Free Gift Returns (Promotional Periods)

During Black Friday and other promotional events, your order may qualify for tiered or upgraded free gifts based on the total amount spent.

If you return items and your revised order total falls below the qualifying threshold for the free gift(s):

  • All free gifts must be returned unused and in original condition, including Black Friday bonus gifts
  • If free gifts are not returned, the retail value of each gift will be deducted from your refund
  • If your order included multiple promotional gifts (e.g., gym towel + earplugs + pouch), all associated gifts must be returned
  • Applies to all seasonal, limited-edition, and Black Friday free gifts unless the item received was faulty

Example:
If you received 3 free Black Friday gifts for spending over $150 and your return reduces the order to $80, all three gifts must be returned or their retail value will be deducted.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective:

  • Contact our team immediately at support@breatheeze.com.au
  • We may request a photo of the item and packaging
  • After review, we will offer a replacement or refund, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

6. Hygiene & Safety Clause

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Nasal strips or mouth tape used beyond the 10% trial allowance
  • Opened sleep masks, earplugs, pouches, or accessories (unless faulty)

This ensures product integrity and customer safety.

7. Return Process
To start a return:

  1. Email support@breatheeze.com.au within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason
  3. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorisation (if approved)
  4. Package the product securely and send using a trackable method

8. Refund or Exchange Options

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Exchanges are possible based on availability. Please request this when initiating your return

9. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the product is faulty or a mistake was made on our end
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Where free shipping was originally applied, a standard shipping fee of $8.99 (within Australia) or the actual cost of shipping for international orders will be deducted from your refund amount
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery

This policy may be updated from time to time. The version displayed on our website at the time of your purchase applies

11. Your Consumer Rights
This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the right to a refund or replacement for defective or misrepresented goods
