BREATHEEZE Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy forms part of the terms governing the purchase of goods from BREATHEEZE PERFORMANCE. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions outlined below.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this policy:
- “Order” refers to any purchase made through the BREATHEEZE website, including high-value bundles and pre-order products.
- “Pre-Order” refers to a purchase made for products advertised as shipping at a future date.
- “Dispatch” refers to the point at which an order has been packed, labelled, or handed to the carrier.
- “Customer” refers to the individual or entity placing the order.
2. Order Cancellation Prior to Dispatch
2.1 Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has entered packing or dispatch processing.
2.2 To request a cancellation, customers must contact BREATHEEZE at support@breatheeze.com.au with their order number and cancellation request.
2.3 BREATHEEZE does not guarantee cancellation and will process requests on a best-efforts basis.
2.4 Once an order has entered packing, fulfilment, or dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled.
3. High-Value Bundles
3.1 High-value bundles, promotional kits, or multi-item packages may be subject to accelerated fulfilment and stock allocation.
3.2 Once a high-value bundle has entered the packing or processing stage, cancellation is not permitted.
3.3 Where the order has been dispatched, cancellations can no longer be accepted, and the matter will fall under the standard Returns & Refund Policy.
4. Pre-Order Cancellations
4.1 Customers may cancel a pre-order at any time prior to the pre-order being dispatched.
4.2 A full refund will be issued for cancellations made prior to dispatch.
4.3 Once a pre-order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
4.4 The standard Returns & Refund Policy applies after delivery.
5. Change of Mind After Dispatch
5.1 Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
5.2 Customers may submit a return request after delivery, subject to the terms of the BREATHEEZE Returns & Refund Policy.
5.3 Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
6. Incorrect Address Provided by Customer
6.1 Customers bear responsibility for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
6.2 If an incorrect address is submitted, customers must contact BREATHEEZE immediately.
6.3 If the order has not entered packing or dispatch, BREATHEEZE will make reasonable efforts to update the address.
6.4 If the order has been dispatched, BREATHEEZE is unable to reroute or recall the parcel.
6.5 Returned-to-sender parcels may be resent to the correct address, subject to payment of a reshipment fee.
7. Orders with Promotional or Free Gifts
7.1 Orders containing free gifts or promotional bonuses (including Black Friday or seasonal offers) are subject to the terms of this cancellation policy.
7.2 If cancellation is requested after the order has entered processing or dispatch, cancellation will not be possible.
7.3 If the order is returned after delivery, all free gifts must also be returned in accordance with the Returns & Refund Policy.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and operates in conjunction with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
