Love the double team of the nose strips and mouth tape

The immediate difference in the amount of airflow through my nose is incredible, I am sleeping so much better :)

I have purchased nose strips and they actually help me breath better. My snoring is less and I don’t wake up feeling exhausted. It’s an easy first step to sleep better without any invasive methods.

Has been amazing at stopping me from snoring. Much better quality sleep for me and the wife. Thank you!

The original pack i found wad really good. With the refills I’ve found them to not stick as well, making them less effective.
